Criminal Debt
Effective January 1, 2021, the Clerk's Office will no longer accept payment by credit and debit cards for criminal debt.
Criminal debt includes, but is not limited to, the following monetary penalties ordered by the court in federal felony, misdemeanor, and petty offense cases:

Restitution
Fines
Interest & Penalties
Payment by cash, check, and money order will be accepted for criminal debt.
Cash payments must be made in person.
Checks and money orders must be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court" and delivered to any one of our four divisional office
